In Munich we have two locations for Christmas parties. The 130 m² meeting room Munich Eisbach is located directly at the English Garden. Our roof terrace offers you a fantastic view of many Munich landmarks such as the Frauenkirche or the city hall tower. With the radiant heater it will be cozy on the roof terrace, otherwise there is room for up to 50 people inside.

Our location for your Christmas party in the Glockenbachviertel is reminiscent of a stylish artist's apartment. Here, up to 40 people can be seated on 180 m² and on the roof terrace of the Munich meeting location, a radiant heater or a fire bowl can be placed if desired. It's going to be cozy!

The location for your Christmas party in Frankfurt Sachsenhausen convinces with an unbeatable view of the Frankfurt skyline. The spacious loft offers 360 m² inside and a 100 m² roof terrace, where you still have it warm thanks to heaters and hot drinks. In addition, barbecue can be provided by our catering partners. Christmas market vibes come up! With up to 80 people can be celebrated in the conference room Sachsenhausen exuberantly.

The Christmas party venue in Frankfurt Westend is - inspired by the nearby Palm Garden - especially tropically decorated. In combination with an extra portion of festivity, it becomes an urban jungle Christmas party. Here, too, a radiant heater on the roof terrace ensures coziness. Since grilling is not possible here, the catering partner will provide you with winter BBQ on request. On 90 m² interior and a proud 200 m² roof terrace, there is enough space for up to 50 people in the extraordinary meeting location Frankfurt Westend.

Old town location for your Christmas party in Stuttgart

Our 360 m² location in Stuttgart's city center is divided into two areas, which are connected by the charming winter garden. Through this you can also reach the 200 m² roof terrace, where we are happy to organize a mini Christmas market for you. From the individual stalls, you can enjoy tarte flambée, potato soup, Schupfnudeln or sausages. And does it smell like roasted almonds? Of course, sweet Christmas market delicacies are not to be missed. For all those who not only want to feast, but also get a little exercise: You can also book curling. All this with a view of Schillerplatz and the illuminated Ferris wheel! A very special Christmas party location for about 60 people. If you wish, you can also book only one half of the Stuttgart meeting room.

FAQs about our christmas party venue

In every Christmas party venue of OutOfOffice you can use the roof terrace until 10 pm. In most locations, we ask you to move the festivities inside after that. Here it can go on until 3 o'clock in the morning. However, this information may vary slightly depending on the location.

We charge a flat rate for drinks. For mulled wine you can book a bartender service. Alternatively, you can choose the mulled wine or mulled gin package. Cheers! We ask you to refrain from bringing your own food and drinks. We will be happy to connect you with our catering partners who will cater to your every need and treat you to a culinary Christmas menu, BBQ or flying buffet.

Our Christmas party venues in Munich Glockenbachviertel and Frankfurt Westend are barrier-free. The location in Stuttgart is barrier-free inside, but there are stairs leading to the roof terrace. We will be happy to create an adapted offer for you if you only want to use the barrier-free interior.

Our Christmas party venues are all equipped with a roof terrace, which offers an impressive view over the respective city. So that you do not have to shiver too much at the Christmas party, you can add radiant heaters for a small extra charge.
