FAQs about the conference rooms
The conference rooms in Stuttgart and Westend are wheelchair accessible. In the Stuttgart city center location, an elevator leads to the 4th floor, so you can access the conference room without barriers. However, the rooftop terrace can only be accessed by stairs. The Westend location is also reachable by elevator, but the rooftop terrace is not wheelchair accessible. We’re happy to provide you with a tailored offer if you only want to use the accessible part of the location.
Our conference rooms are as flexible as your events! In Frankfurt Sachsenhausen, you’ll find over 360 m² of real idea space – with room for up to 80 people. The Westend conference room can host up to 50 people in a perfect setting for productive meetings and creative workshops.
Our Stuttgart conference room offers space for up to 60 people and is divided into two rooms – ideal for smaller groups and breakout sessions.
In Munich Eisbach, you can host up to 50 people in 130 m² of light-filled space. And our conference room in the Glockenbachviertel offers 180 m² over two floors, with room for up to 40 people.

Yes, in general – but with limitations. Our conference rooms are located in the most beautiful parts of Munich, Frankfurt, and Stuttgart. That means: prime locations, but limited parking options.
In Munich, you can reserve an underground parking space at the Eisbach location for €15 per day (only one available). Alternatively, use the "Haus der Kunst" or "Bavaria Parkgarage Hofbräuhaus" parking garages. For our Glockenbachviertel location: parking is scarce, but we can offer one free courtyard spot – also only on request. Other nearby garages: "Böhringer" or "CONTIPARK Schrannenhalle."
In Frankfurt, the "Henninger Turm" parking garage is just 300 meters from the Sachsenhausen conference room – a 5-minute walk. For the Westend conference room, we can’t offer private spaces, but the "Palmengarten" garage is very close.
In Stuttgart, you’ll find the paid underground garage at Schillerplatz right next to the location.
Since space is limited, our recommendation: book your conference room early – and request parking ahead of time.
