Our meeting rooms in Stuttgart city center and Frankfurt Westend are wheelchair accessible – perfect for barrier-free meetings. In Stuttgart, the elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor. Only the rooftop terrace is accessible by stairs. In Westend, the room is also reachable by elevator – but again, the rooftop terrace is not barrier-free. If you plan to use only the accessible part of the venue, let us know. We’ll tailor an offer to match your requirements.

Our meeting rooms are as flexible as your agenda! In Frankfurt Sachsenhausen, you have over 360 m² of creative freedom – ideal for meetings with up to 80 people. The Westend meeting room offers space for up to 50 bright minds.
In Stuttgart, you can meet productively with up to 60 people – or split into two separate rooms, perfect for smaller groups or breakout sessions.
In Munich, there’s also space for fresh thinking: our Eisbach meeting room offers 130 light-filled square meters for up to 50 people. In Glockenbachviertel, you’ll find up to 40 creative spots across two floors.

Of course! Just because the meeting ends doesn’t mean the day is over. Our meeting rooms easily transform into wow-factor event spaces by evening. Following our motto "meet.create.play.", you can wrap up the day in a relaxed way – with a cocktail workshop, mini-golf challenge, or exclusive live cooking event. Want more? Our catering partners can also organize a BBQ on the rooftop terrace – perfect for true afterwork vibes with a view. Sounds good? Just tell us what you have in mind – we’ll take care of the rest!
Yes – but with some caveats. Our meeting rooms are located in the most beautiful and central neighborhoods of Munich, Frankfurt, and Stuttgart. That means: amazing locations, but limited parking.
In Munich, at our Eisbach location, you can reserve an underground parking spot for €15/day (only one available). Alternatively, we recommend the "Haus der Kunst" or "Bavaria Parkgarage Hofbräuhaus" garages. For our Glockenbachviertel location: parking is tight – but we can offer a free courtyard spot on request. Other options: "Böhringer" or "CONTIPARK Schrannenhalle."
In Frankfurt, the "Henninger Turm" garage is just 300 m from the Sachsenhausen meeting room – easy to reach. In Westend, we don’t have private parking, but the "Palmengarten" garage is right around the corner.
In Stuttgart, the paid underground garage at Schillerplatz is located right next to the venue.
