JENEWEIN Leadership Bootcamp at OutOfOffice Stuttgart
We created OutOfOffice precisely for such innovative, forward-looking workshops and projects as the JNW Leadership Bootcamp. Places that offer more space for humanity, collaboration and creativity, where new ideas and approaches can emerge and unfold. Because these are the key to a better future!
Trendsetting 3-day workshop for tomorrow's leaders
JENEWEIN's 3-day Leadership Bootcamp brought together leaders from a wide range of industries. They pursued a common goal: to reflect on oneself as a leader and to become the leader one would have liked to have had at one's side or as a supervisor on one's career path.
From February 22-24, 2023, the 30 participants of the JNW Leadership Bootcamp were able not only to develop as leaders, but also to interact with inspiring leaders and learn and benefit from their experiences. JENEWEIN's new academy format celebrated a successful start at our OutOfOffice in Stuttgart.
The decision for OutOfOffice Stuttgart as workshop location
"We were looking for a location in southern Germany that was easily accessible from Germany and Switzerland, as well as offering flexibility and space for 30 people," were the requirements of Maximilian Gutt-Will, Program Manager of the JNW Leadership Bootcamp.
A location in the heart of Baden-Württemberg
With its central location and flexible accessibility via car or train, the venue in Stuttgart is a perfect location in Baden-Württemberg for workshops lasting several days. OutOfOffice also supports workshop participants in finding hotels. We can even offer a discount on room bookings with our hotel partner Emilu Design Hotel. The hotel is located only 5 minutes walking distance from the location.
Space for inspiring presentations & stimulating networking
The OutOfOffice Stuttgart is divided into two wings, so the left wing of the "Meeting Area" for 54 people could be used as an intensive learning area, where presentations, expert talks and panel discussions took place. Among the speekers was Horst Heldt, former sports director of the 2007 VfB Stuttgart championship team, who gave an exciting look behind the scenes of high-performance sports, including practical tips on how to develop a "star team" from a "team of stars".
The right wing was used by the participants as a "break room" where networking breaks with coffee and sweet pastries as well as the lunch break took place. From breakfast snacks and sweet pastries to lunch and dinner, Leadership Bootcamp participants were catered by our exclusive catering partner Preisser & Preisser.
Break-out sessions in the photo studio, on the beach & in the winter garden
The 7 different theme worlds in OutOfOffice Stuttgart offered not only different creative perspectives for deep work sessions or small group work, but also retreats to hold short phone calls or a one-to-one exchange. In addition, for the break-out sessions "Meet the Board", the participants could super spread out in the location in 3 groups, 3 top executives à 10 participants. The exchange of experiences with Christine Wüst, CHRO at Witzenmann Group, took place in the beautiful, light-flooded winter garden. Thomas Bauer shared his learnings from his time as a manager at Bosch Thermotechnik in the "photo studio" and Marcel Bartling, CTO Webasto Group, passed on his leader experiences to the participants in the beach area.
The JNW Leadership Bootcamp will go into the 2nd round in June. More information about the 2nd Bootcamp can be found here: JENEWEIN ACADEMY
