The prices for the birthday locations are as follows:
- Eisbach from 2.500 € (incl. VAT)
- Glockenbachviertel from 2.100 € (incl. VAT)
- Sachsenhausen from 2.900 € (incl. VAT)
- Westend from 2.200 € (incl. VAT)
- Stuttgart from 1.900 € (incl. VAT)
This is the pure room rent, i.e. there are still further costs on top. Also not included are the costs for food and drinks. Here we work exclusively with our trustworthy, local catering partners. We are happy to make the connection here so that you can enjoy delicious, regional catering that meets all requirements. We ask you to refrain from bringing your own food and drinks. We will be happy to send you a detailed quote upon request.
Basically, you can use the roof terrace until 10 p.m. After that you can still dance in the loft until about 3 o'clock in the morning. However, the time may vary slightly depending on the OutOfOffice event location.
The parking options vary depending on the birthday location. In Munich's Glockenbachviertel you can park for free in the courtyard of the building. Parking in the underground garage at the Eisbachwelle costs 15€ / day. Near the birthday location in Stuttgart there is, among other things, the underground parking garage at Schillerplatz, which is subject to a fee. In Frankfurt's Westend and at our birthday location Sachsenhausen there is unfortunately also no direct parking. However, in the West End, only a few minutes walk away is the eponymous and paid parking garage Palmengarten. At the Kreativ-Werkstatt in Sachsenhausen the parking garage Henniger Turm is just around the corner. There you can park your car and be at our birthday location in only 5 minutes walking distance. We have only a limited number of parking spaces available, so we ask you to request them in advance of the event.
The birthday locations in Stuttgart, in the Glockenbachviertel and in the Westend are barrier-free. At the location in the center of Stuttgart, the elevator leads to the 4th floor, so you can get into the birthday room barrier-free. There is only a staircase leading to the roof terrace. The location in the Glockenbachviertel and Westend are also accessible by elevator, but the access to the roof terrace is not barrier-free. We will be happy to create a customized offer for you if you only want to use the barrier-free part of the location.
