Our OutOfOffice Lofts are located in the middle of the city and inspire with a spacious roof terrace, where you can enjoy the magical sunset during a barbecue. The spacious indoor area with urban-comfortable interior offers enough space for a food table, DJ stage and teambuilding activities.

Depending on the summer party venue, you can celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with up to 80 people, while we really take care of everything in advance: Party equipment, drinks and delicious food. Your summer company party in Munich

The urban loft at the English Garden provides a lot of holiday vibes. From the roof terrace you have a unique view of the Eisbach wave with its city surfers. There is the possibility to set up a rooftop cocktail bar for refreshing summer drinks, which you can enjoy on loungy terrace furniture. But also inside the 130 m² large location a vacation mood comes up. The modern interior with surfer flair invites up to 50 party guests to chat, eat and dance.

Our second location is located in the middle of the lively Glockenbachviertel between cozy pubs, charming stores and alternative cafes. The two-story loft with studio flair leads up a spiral staircase to the gorgeous roof terrace. Look forward to a fantastic sunset over the colorful rooftops of the city. The 180 m² summer party venue is suitable for company parties with up to 40 guests.

There are also two summer party locations in the middle of Frankfurt, that are perfectly equipped for your summer festival company party: lounge furniture on the roof terraces, sun umbrellas, sound system for your we-love-summer-playlist. There's also the option to bring your own band or DJ.

In hip Sachsenhausen, between apple wine pubs and charming half-timbered houses, you will find our 360 m² OutOfOffice Loft. The view from the roof terrace is actually indescribable, but we try it anyway. With a sundowner in hand, watch the golden evening sun color the Frankfurt skyline and then slowly disappear behind the skyscrapers. Fantastic! How about a BBQ with this view? Up to 80 party people have room to enjoy, share and dance in the Sachsenhausen location.

Our second location in Frankfurt provides urban jungle vibes with lots of plants and tropical elements. Perfect for a theme party! As a green celebration oasis, the location for up to 50 people embeds itself perfectly in its surroundings. Because only a few minutes away is the large palm garden. In keeping with the tropical flair, there is a 200 m² roof terrace and the option of having our catering partners deliver a BBQ according to your food preferences.

Your summer company party in Stuttgart

In the beautiful old town center of Stuttgart is the 360 m² loft with roof terrace and winter garden. Here, a summer party company celebration with up to 60 people can take place. After the sun has set behind the historic buildings, a fire bowl on the roof terrace provides atmosphere and coziness. If you wish, the winter garden can be turned into a cocktail bar, where our caterers will mix refreshing summer cocktails for you. Or we fill the fridges with refreshing drinks for you and you simply serve yourselves. Our tip for a meal together in a relaxed atmosphere: a BBQ in the middle of and above Stuttgart. Our catering partners will grill on the roof terrace according to your wishes - even vegetarian burger patties.

You are also welcome to bring a band or DJ - otherwise the location is equipped with a Sonos sound system so you can dance together through the night. There is one more special feature: In the summer party location Stuttgart you will find different themed worlds, which are often used for photo shoots. You can use these according to your ideas for your summer party. For special team photos, or game stations, etc.

FAQs about our summer party venues

The roof terrace can be used until 10 pm. In the loft, however, you can continue dancing until 3 am. The times may vary slightly depending on the OutOfOffice event location.

The OutOfOffice locations in Munich's Glockenbachviertel and at Frankfurt's Palmengarten each have an elevator. Here, however, only the interior rooms are accessible barrier-free. In Stuttgart, an elevator takes you to the top of the Sommerfest location, but there are only stairs to the roof terrace one floor above.

The large Stuttgart location can be divided into two areas, which are connected by the winter garden. For smaller groups, either the left or the right location area is suitable for celebrating. You have access to a part of the roof terrace.

Basically all OutOfOffice locations are in the middle of the city and therefore easy to reach by public transport. If you still want to come by car, there are different parking options depending on the location. In Munich's Glockenbachviertel there is a free parking lot in the courtyard. At the Eisbachwelle location, there is an underground parking space that can be used for 15 € / day. In Stuttgart, there are several parking opportunities around Schillerplatz, as well as several underground garages for which a fee is charged. In Frankfurt's Westend, there is unfortunately no parking at the location itself. But there is the Palmengarten parking garage just a few minutes' walk away. The Henniger Turm multi-storey car park is just around the corner from the Kreativ-Werkstatt in Sachsenhausen. You can park your car there and be at our location in just 5 minutes on foot. We only have a limited number of parking spaces available, so please enquire with us well in advance of the event.
