The base price of our wedding venues is:
- Eisbach from 2.749 € (incl. VAT)
- Sachsenhausen from 3.570 € (incl. VAT)
- Westend from 2.975 € (incl. VAT)
- Stuttgart from 2.500 € (incl. VAT)
This price includes only the room rental, i.e. there will be additional costs. We ask you to bring your own food and drinks only after agreement. The catering and the further wedding planning we trustfully hand over to our longtime catering partners from the region. For a detailed quote just send us an inquiry. We will then gladly put you in touch with one of our catering partners so that you can create your dream wedding.
The OutOfOffice team coordinates "only" the viewing appointment with the bride and groom. Everything else we leave to the wedding professionals - our catering partners. They will clarify the menu and the decoration with you. On the day of the event, only the caterer with his team and service staff will be on site and will look after and accompany the guests as well as the complete wedding celebration.
At all OutOfOffice event locations we connect you directly with our caterers. Together you can create a menu that will be perfect for everyone's preferences. Our recommendation is a BBQ by the caterer on the roof terrace. And one more thing is important to us: trust us when choosing catering partners. They are wedding professionals. Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring your own food and drinks to the locations.
You are welcome to book a DJ or band for your wedding reception. However, music is only allowed outside on our roof terraces until 10 p.m. After 10 p.m. you can simply move the dance floor inside.
That depends on the location. In general, the roof terrace can be used until 10 p.m. After that, you can continue to celebrate indoors until 3 a.m. We can discuss with you exactly what the specifications of the individual location are.
